The original East wing of Azure Business Centre comprises 11 ground floor and 2 first floor units. The West wing, opened in 1993 comprises an additional 13 ground floor and 12 first floor units. The most recent addition, the North wing, was opened in 2007 and offers 13 ground floor and 13 first floor units.

A fixed monthly charge includes your rent, rates, heating, lighting, and access to our general reception services and common facilities including kitchens and shower room. Units start at 125 square feet and go up to 520 square feet.

Access
As a tenant, you will have access to your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Free on-site parking is available for you and your visitors. For your security, the premises are fully alarmed and linked to a 24 hour monitoring centre.

Services & Facilities
Guests and visitors to the centre are welcomed by our trained professional reception staff, who also monitor a central switchboard providing telephone service to each of the units. They will even take messages when you are out of the office or unavailable to take your calls.
