Will I be required to sign a long term contract?

No. We operate an easy-in, easy-out policy whereby one month’s written notice on either side is all that is required to terminate your occupancy.

What are the up front costs?

Before you are able to take up occupancy, we will require a deposit (the equivalent of one month's rent/licence fee) and your first month's rent/licence fee in advance. The deposit will be returned to you upon departure, less any amounts which may be due to us.

Will I need to provide references?

Yes. We seek two references, preferably business source, during the application stage.

Are there any additional costs apart from the monthly fee?

The only additional charges you may incur relate to any of the central services offered at our centres - such as photocopying, fax, telephone calls etc. These are charged monthly.

When will I have access to my office?

Although our reception areas operate normal office hours, licensees will have access to the premises on a 24/7 basis.

What about broadband and internet provision?

The business centre is fully equipped with a modern networked infrastructure. Broadband can be accessed with immediate effect within your chosen office and wifi is available throughout. Depending on your requirements we can offer high speed uncontended internet access through our dedicated leased line.

What is the application process?

All prospective licensees must apply for accommodation through our standard application procedure. You can obtain an application form in person from reception or you can download the form from the Office Availability page. Please do not submit an application until you have spoken to a member of our team and confirmed availability.
