  • Enjoys the challenge and can bring the vision, passion and drive to raise standards in all aspects of school life.
  • Will be fully committed to working collaboratively across the charity and with partners to deliver our curriculum.
  • Is able to positively promote inclusion and have high expectations for all students.
  • Could make a significant contribution to the wider life of our Charity.

We can offer you:

  • An attractive working environment with excellent facilities and supportive families.
  • A committed, hardworking and supportive team.
  • 100% focus on improving outcomes for our students.
  • Well-resourced classrooms.
  • A group of students with a passion for learning.

Prospective candidates should be able to demonstrate:

  • A patient, caring, compassionate and person-centred approach.
  • Excellent observation skills and the ability to problem solve and think creatively to enable our students to reach their full potential.
  • Emotional intelligence and resilience with the ability to engage with students and build trust.

Previous experience of looking after children/young people with special educational needs and/or autism would be an advantage however a can-do attitude and commitment to our students and your colleagues is most important to us as full training will be given.
