The successful person will be supporting staff who work across 3 services in the Tynedale area, enabling clients who have learning disabilities, and or complex needs to live within their own homes.

The successful applicant will need to work flexibly within the existing Tynedale Management team and will be based at our Newburn office, you will be responsible for managing a small team of staff and compiling staff rotas and will be accountable to the Associate Director for the Tynedale services.

Previous experience of two years as a minimum is required within a supported environment as is a level 2/3 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.

A full UK or EU/EEA driving license and access to a car is required for this position.
