Azure has a unique opportunity for an inspiring and dynamic team manager to join our Keele Drive department based in Cramlingon.

Keele Drive is a CQC registered services which provides a safe and supportive environment in which clients can develop their life skills and independence whilst living in their own home.

As a team manager you will be responsible for:
Leading a team of staff within the service and be responsible for the completion of supervisions and annual appraisals.
Monitor the performance of staff through direct observation of competency, and identifying any training needs.

The Team Manager will be responsibilities for the day to day running of the service and work in partnership with clients, families, regulators and stakeholders.

We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a social setting, have a minimum level 2 qualification in Health and social care and are prepared to work toward their level 3.

Candidates should have some knowledge of CQC standards and have a positive lead by example attitude. Candidates should be flexible to meet the needs of the service and take part in an on call service.

IT skills and experience of Access People Planner & Access Care Planning software would be an advantage

Posts are subject to Enhanced DBS check (cost met by Azure).

A full UK or EU/EEA driving licence is required for this position.
