We are currently recruiting enthusiastic, motivated and compassionate people to work within our domiciliary service based in Cramlington.
We are looking for people to share our commitment in providing an effective, responsive and
caring service to people with learning disabilities and mental health.

We offer a person centred approach to each individual person therefore our support worker role includes a wide variety of activities which include:

  • Support with a range of domestic tasks
  • Meal support
  • Medication Administering
  • Shopping
  • Social Activities
  • Personal Care

You will be working as part of a team which offers one to one support to individuals and a shared care model of care to other clients within the service.
You will be part of a team that works flexibly during the week and at weekends covering a range of shifts. The service include sleep in shifts for which an additional hourly payment is made.
Experience not essential as we provide a extensive training program which will enable to you to develop and continuous maintain your skills adult in social care.
