Training Supervisor Job Description and Person Specification
We are looking to recruit support workers in the following areas:
- Employment Services - Cramlington
AZURE EMPLOYMENT SERVICES design and deliver both internal staff and programme training and development for specific groups using the vocational areas of retail and horticulture.
This post is to help construct and deliver vocational training organised by Employment Services and to take a lead in the management of all learners on our e2e programme.
Knowledge of the assessment process is required as well as qualifications or experience in horticulture or retail.
Previous experience of delivering training to 16-19 year olds is essential.
Initial 1 year Contract.
