Who is Workstep for?

Workstep is for anyone with a disability, mental health issue or long term health condition who wants to work and would benefit from support to find and stay in a job

You must be at least 16 years or over.

There are no limits to the type of work that you can do. Your Adviser will support you to find a job that is right for you. The job must simply:

Your Adviser will support you while you are looking for a job. When you get a job, your Adviser can give you and your employer support for as long as you want.
